Shipping policy

RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from Florida, estimated rates and delivery dates are provided in your cart.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping and only ship within the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or damage.

PROCESSING

We understand time may be sensitive, all orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If for some reason you haven’t received an email, please check your spam or contact us at info@memorialbookstore.com for confirmation. We are not able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order excluding the shipping fee.

RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
