Digital End of Life Planner for Pre-Planning and At Need Final Arrangements

An end-of-life planner is a guided companion — a workbook, journal, or digital tool — that walks a person or family through very distinct moments: what to do right now when someone has died, and how to prepare calmly, in advance, for the future. Most products on the market only provide one of these; different situations in a single planner, organizes and makes the departure a bit easier.

Personalized areas can be completed using a computer or printed out and handwritten. The information can be stored in a binder or made into a workbook your choice.
